APPEARANCE
Oleandra is a tiefling, meaning she appears partially demonic in nature. Her skin is pink, with subtle shifts to dark pink in some areas, such as her forehead, the tips of her horns, shoulders, elbows, fingertips, knees, etc. Her ears are pointed outwards and folded over on itself, much like a cow's. Similarly, she also has rather unnaturally long eyelashes like a cow, and a long, thin tail that resembles a cow's with a tuft of hair on the end. Her hair is long and wavy, naturally a strawberry blonde (as is often made evident by her undyed, grown-out roots) but dyed a dark burgundy. Her body is small, but muscular, although it's often hard to tell with the more modest clothing she usually wears. She can typically be found in a more Victorian/lolita style dress and boots.

SUMMARY
Fake as hell. She has learned over time how to look pretty, be quiet, and play nice with those she despises - even if she really doesn’t want to. Has a horrible temper. While she can pretend to be a good girl, it doesn’t take much to make her snap, and these days, she seems to be less and less afraid of the consequences for snapping.
Generally obscene in her free time. Sex, drinking, fighting, gambling, etc. - the fun things in life to Oleandra are often considered inappropriate or illegal.
Very tidy. Has a problem with mess and others creating a mess in her space. The way things are organized, cleaned, etc and her own personal presence (clean, neat, without wrinkles) is something she can control.
BACKGROUND
FAMILY
Oleandra was born into the elven du Driscoll family of the desert city of Tellera. Tellera is a plutarchy run by a group of rich families known as the Patriarchs, and the du Driscolls are one of the richest among them. They made their fortune on mining precious gems, quickly taking over much of the business all over the continent with their cheap (and entirely unethical) labor practices.
Unlike her parents and siblings, who are all elves, Oleandra is notably a tiefling, something that caused a major rift between her and her family. She is the youngest daughter of seven children, with four older siblings (two brothers and two sisters), and two younger brothers.

LIFE IN TELLERA
The youngest daughter and fifth of seven children, Lilith was born to the Driscoll family - a privileged, wealthy, slave-owning Telleran family, whose current patriarch rules as one of the council of 13. Of course, being born into a position of power comes with its responsibilities, and like her siblings, Lilith was expected to learn the ways of the family and nobility to exacting perfection. Unlike the rest of her siblings, however, Lilith found herself slipping through the cracks. She seemed incapable of doing well in her lessons, or anything else expected of her for that matter. So she began to act out - in small ways at first, petty things that she knew would get her attention … that began to escalate into something far more dangerous: attending underground fight clubs, gambling, wanton encounters … you name it, she found a way to use her family name to make it happen.
Unfortunately, bringing shame onto the family name doesn’t go so well when you’ve rigid standards to uphold. In an attempt to get rid of the girl bringing shame to their family, an arranged marriage was put into place with a faraway noble she had never met, in the hopes that her actions could be taken far, far away from Tellera. Lilith was not fond of this idea, and in a rage, she set fire to part of the family home, leaving it a massive wreck.
Though this was covered up as an act of violence by some unknown perpetrator to the public, her parents knew the truth - and sought to punish her for her actions. Killing two birds with one stone, her father suggested that Oleandra be given one last chance to prove she was truly loyal to the family – by killing an escaped slave that had eluded the Talons (an elite force of assassins that kill by the whim of the Patriarchs) thus far. So she was sent to the Brightstone Institute for Adventurers -- with fake papers and a fake name, where she now secretly seeks help from her family’s enemies to end their reign in the most brutal and bloody way imaginable.
